How to Purchase a Course


The Cash Handler Training course is now being offered exclusively by our authorized reseller KKJ Solutions.

Whether you want to purchase our courses for many people or just one person, you have options for enrollment and payment.

  • First, decide whether you want to:

    • Enroll just one person or many

    • Pay by credit card, check, or ACH
      (NOTE to our Texas customers: the learning platform charges sales tax to Texas customers. To avoid being charged sales tax, you must pay for the course(s) outside the learning platform. Contact KKJ Solutions for more details.)

    • Enroll your staff yourself in our learning platform, or would you rather we do it for you

  • Second, determine your rate:

    • Standard rate (this is applicable for enrolling 25 people or less)

    • Bulk rate

    • Email us if you need help determining a total rate: trainingsolutions@kkjsolutions.com


What to expect depending on which payment method you use:

Individual Registration by Credit Card

  • Register one person at a time, and pay for each person individually

    • Takes just a of couple minutes per person

    • IMPORTANT: Make sure to register with the trainee’s name and email address

  • Receipts will be sent via email to the individual who is registered for the course

  • Course enrollment confirmation email will be sent to the individual registered for the course

  • Email us your vendor forms

  • We will email you the completed forms and our W-9


Group Registration by Credit Card

  • Pay a lump sum for multiple people via credit card

  • Complete and submit the Pay By Credit Card Request form

    • Indicate on the form whether you want to enroll all the people yourself inside the learning platform, or if you would like us to enroll them for you

    • If you want us to enroll people for you, you will need to send us an Excel or CSV file with the trainee information: first name, last name, email address, department, supervisor name, supervisor email address

  • Email us your vendor forms

  • We will email you your completed forms and our W-9

  • We will create a bulk enrollment inside our learning platform and send you a link you will use to pay with your credit card

  • If you have chosen for us to enroll your staff, we will do this the same day we charge your credit card

  • If you have chosen to enroll your staff yourself, we will send you a coupon code to allow you to register them individually as pre-paid

  • The people who are registered will receive a course registration confirmation


  • Pay a lump sum for single or multiple enrollments by check

  • Complete and submit the Pay By Check Request form

  • Email us your vendor forms

  • If you elected for us to enroll people for you, email us an Excel or CSV file with the trainees’ information: first name, last name, email address, department, supervisor name, supervisor email address

  • We will email you an invoice, check mailing instructions, your vendor forms, and our W-9

  • The day we receive your check in the mail:

    • We will notify you via phone and/or email

    • We will deposit your check and email you a receipt

    • If you elected to enroll people yourself, we will create a pre-paid coupon code in the learning platform that allows you to enroll people, and we will email you the code and instructions for how to enroll them

    • If you elected us to enroll your staff for you, we will enroll them the same day we deposit your check, and we will notify you once all are registered

    • The people who are registered will receive an email confirming their registration in the course, regardless of who enrolled them


Pay a lump sum for single or multiple enrollments by ACH

Complete and submit the Pay By ACH Request form

Email us your vendor forms

If you elected for us to enroll people for you, email us an Excel or CSV file with the trainees’ information: first name, last name, email address, department, supervisor name, supervisor email address

We will email you an invoice, ACH instructions, your vendor forms, and our W-9

The day we receive your ACH payment:

  • We will notify you via phone and/or email

  • We will email you a receipt

  • If you elected to enroll people yourself, we will create a pre-paid coupon code in the learning platform that allows you to enroll people, and we will email you the code and instructions for how to enroll them

  • If you elected us to enroll your staff for you, we will enroll them the same day we received your ACH, and we will notify you once all are registered

  • The people who are registered will receive an email confirming their registration in the course, regardless of who enrolled them
